A cathode ray tube is the glass video display component of older computer monitors and televisions. Are CRTs accumulated or stored at any location in North Carolina or outside the state? If so, provide the location, contact information and responsible person, including physical address, for each.
If CRTs are accumulated or stored, provide the total number of pounds at each location as of January 1st of last year.
If CRTs are accumulated or stored, provide the total number of pounds shipped from each location during the last calendar year.
