A map showing the above -described property is recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 181.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to
the Grantee in fee simple.
And the Grantor covenants with the Grantee, that Grantor has done nothing to impair such title as Grantor received, and
Grantor will warrant and defend the title against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, under or through Grantor,
except for the matters set forth on Exhibit B.
Title to the property hereinabove described is granted subject to the exceptions and reservations set forth on Exhibit B
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

5, Page 181, Alexander County Registry, for a more detailed description.

BEING all that certain tract and/or parcel of land lying and being in Sharpes Township,
Alexander County, North Carolina more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a railroad spike set in the centerline of Sulphur Spring Creek, said spike being
located N 80' 31' 56" E 6686.15 feet (6685.39 feet grid distance) from North Carolina Grid
Station HIDDENITE and having 1983 NAD coordinates Y-241806.170 meters, X-422108.971
meters; running along the center line of Sulphur Spring Creek N 32° 07' 20" W 273.32 feet to a
point; running thence N 350 10' 46 W 249.32 feet to a point in the southern line of the property
now or formerly owned by Joel Duncan; continuing along and with the southern line of the
Property of Joel Duncan N 89° 10' 5V E 108.29 feet to an iron pipe, continuing along and with
the southern line of the Property of Joel Duncan S 88' 50' 11" E 213.45 feet to an iron pipe;
