While reviewing NOI# NCG080973 - Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. —ASH, I came across a couple of things that need to
be addressed.
On the NOI you submitted, page 2 of 4 you have indicated it is a new/proposed facility, when the building is an existing
building. A proposed/new facility would need to have s SWPPP completed before operations, where an existing one has
12 months to complete and implement a SWPPP.
On page 2 of 4, question 8, you have listed the receiving water classification as FBR, it is a C class water body.
Please make those corrections. You can send me the corrected NOI just page 2 of 4 via email.
