To prepare for this Pre -Con fallow these steps: 1. Complete and submit an electronic Notice of Intent (NOI) farm requesting a Certificate of Coverage (COC under the NCG010000 Construction Stormwater General Permit. If any modifications, performance reservations, or recommendations are applicable, a list is enclosed and incorporated as a part of this letter of approval. If any modifications are not incorporated into the plan and implemented in the field, the site will be in violation of the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance of Lincoln County. Lincoln County's Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance is performance -oriented, requiring protection of existing natural resources and adjoining properties. If, following the commencement ofthis project, the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan isinadequate Vomeet the requirements ofthe Sedimentation Pollution Control Act af1973 (North Carolina General Statute 11 3A-51 through 66) and Lincoln County Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance Section 9(d), this office may require revisions to the plan and implementation of the revisions to insure compliance with the Act. Acceptance and approval of this plan is conditioned upon your compliance with, Federal and State water quality laws, regulations, and rules.
