Public comment or objection to the
draft permits is invited. Submit writ-
ten comments to DEMLR at the address
below. All comments received through
Friday, September 13, 2019 will be con-
sidered in the final determination re-
garding permit issuance and permit
provisions.
Applications: The following facilities
have applied for renewal of their NP-
DES permits to discharge stormwater
from their locations in Pitt County.
Hendrix and Dail, Inc, 1101 Industri-
al Boulevard, Greenville, NC. The facil-
ity discharges to Parker Creek, a class
QNSW stream in the Tar -Pamlico River
Basin. Permit No. NCS000509.
• Metallix Refining, 251 Industrial Bou-
levard, Greenville, NC. The facility dis-
charges to a UT to Parker Creek, a class
QNSW stream in the Tar -Pamlico River
Basin, Permit No. NCS000583.
