I saw the UPS envelope on our Admin Specialist's desk, so I can verify that the results made it. I also want to apologize for not responding to your July 9rn email. Your reasoning for delaying sampling made sense and I appreciated you taking the time to explain the circumstances. Please let me know if any other issues arise or if you have any questions. One initial question I have is why you felt sampling on February 20rn wouldn't have been representative of your facility's stormwater discharge? Either way, you're still responsible for fulfilling the permit requirements. We're now into July, but there's definitely still time to sample two different monitoring events with at least 60 days in between. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know.
