As noted back in May, there is a Hexion Inc. facility in Cumberland County under Individual Stormwater Permit NCS000088.
Their permit expired on 5/31/2016 and they submitted a renewal, which was received on 12/1/2015 and is still under 'in
Review' status. Permit is scheduled to be renewed in 2020. The last inspection was conducted on 5/9/2008 and they were
in compliance at that time. According to BIMS, there is an open invoice for their annual permit fee of $860 that is due on

8/1/19. 1 just contacted the facility about the invoice and the lady I spoke with said that their Chapter 11 filing (for
company restructuring) has been finalized and she asked me to send her a copy of the invoice so she could get it paid.
