The permit was renewed back in 2018, but no one ever requested a copy of the renewal COC. You need to go to the
website below and fill out the information:
https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-COC-RenewaI
Attached is the letter that went out with the information. Please request a COC as soon as possible. A record of the
request and the COC will automatically be generated, emailed to you, and also saved in our Laserfiche Repository (a
folder for your COC will be created in that General Permits subdirectory).
