In June of 2013 the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources began the review process of your
application for a NPDES Individual Permit regarding National Salvage & Service Corp. — Wayne
located at 430 Old Mount Olive Hwy, Dudley NC 28333. At this time, we are unable to locate a
copy of the application and any correspondence granting or denying the request. This was
discovered in attempt to close out any applications that still show as "in review".
If the facility is still owned by National Salvage and Service Corp., please review your files and
send a copy of the application and any correspondence granting or denying the application. If
you are unable to locate a copy of these documents, and still own the facility please complete a
new application found at https:Hdeq.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-land-
resources/npdes-stormwater-individual . If you no longer own the facility, please complete a
Rescission Request (enclosed).
