Dear Mr. Cox:
In May of 2011 the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources began the review process of your
application for a NPDES Individual Permit regarding Wood Products, Inc. located at 2000 E.
Pettigrew Street, Durham NC 27703. At this time, we are unable to locate a copy of the
application and any correspondence granting or denying the request. This was discovered in
attempt to close out any applications that still show as "in review".
If the facility is still owned by Brenntag Mid -South, Inc., please review your files and send a
copy of the application and any correspondence granting or denying the application. If you are
unable to locate a copy of these documents, and still own the facility please complete a new
application found at https://deq.nc.aov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-land-resources/npdes-
stormwater-individual . If you no longer own the facility, please complete a Rescission Request
(enclosed).
