Hi James,
Were you able to locate the permit or any of your DMRs? DMRs look like the attached document.
When communications began with Christopher Blaine, I had requested to see monitoring data for the entirety of the
current permit term. This would be from 2008 to 2019. Christopher began assembling these for me before he fell ill. To

save you all some time, if it is easier, these DMRs can be scanned and emailed to me, instead of being transferred into a
single spreadsheet, as was originally requested.
If you could please email me what you have by the end of next week, that would be much appreciated.

I have your draft permit ready and can send it to you for a 30-day comment period once I am able to look over the above
documents and make any necessary updates.

and (2.) make sure the permit adequality serves the needs of the facility.

and the permit draft will be sent for Public Notice.
• Once all comments and concerns are addressed, you will be issued the final permit.
