Event Description
NC DIVISION OF ENERGY, MINERAL, AND LAND RESOURCES INTENT TO ISSUE A STORMWATER
DISCHARGE PERMIT  Public comment or objection to the draft permit is invited.  Submit written
comments to DEMLR at the address below.  All comments received prior to May 10, 2019 will be
considered in the final determination regarding permit issuance and permit provisions.  Application:  ATI
Allvac - Bakers Site, 1700 Teledyne Road, Monroe, NC 28110 has applied for an NPDES permit to
discharge stormwater from an industrial facility at:  ATI Allvac - Bakers Site, 1700 Teledyne Road,
Monroe, NC, Union County.  The facility discharges to Dry Fork in the Yadkin-Pee Dee River Basin.
