Event Description
NC DIVISION OF ENERGY, MINERAL, AND LAND RESOURCES INTENT TO ISSUE A
STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT  Public comment or objection to the draft permit is invited.
 Submit written comments to DEMLR at the address below.  All comments received prior to May
10, 2019 will be considered in the final determination regarding permit issuance and permit
provisions.  Application:  Bestway South Inc, 165 Halyburton Road, Stony Point, NC 28678 has
applied for an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility at:  Bestway
South Inc, 165 Halyburton Road, Stony Point, NC, Iredell County.  The facility discharges to an
unnamed tributary to Third Creek in the Yadkin-Pee Dee River Basin.  Additional permit
