Thales Academy in Union County
To whom it may concern:
On behalf of Thales Academy in Union County (Permittee), STEWART respectfully submits this certification of
completion of the Stormwater Control Measures (SCMs) associated with the referenced permit.
Stewart made periodic site observations during construction of the referenced SCMs. Stewart has also
reviewed as -built surveys, soil media mix certifications and infiltration test results for the referenced SCMs
provided by the project General Contractor.
Based on Stewart's observations and review of the information provided by the General Contractor, it is
Stewart's opinion and belief that both SCMs included in the referenced project have been installed in
substantial accordance with the referenced permit, the approved plans and specifications and other supporting
documentation. Furthermore, Stewart is not aware of any significant deviations from the approved plans and
specifications.
