Driveway permit from NCDOT is required prior to final plan approval. 2. Make sure that the road names have been approved by Wake County GIS. 3. Make sure that NCDOT has reviewed plans as soon as possible to prevent any delays or redesigns that they may require. 4. A built to standards letter from NCDOT will be required prior to recordation of plat. 5. Make sure all conditions of stormwater approval have been met. 6. Subdivision name must be approved prior to final plat. Contact 919-856-6221 Any revision to the construction plans will be required to be reviewed by Subdivision Staff. Note: An approved construction plan remains valid for a period of twenty-four months during which the group dividing, may begin to install the roads, utilities and other improvements in accordance with the approved construction plan and requirements of other State and local laws. If this is part of a phased development, the first phase must be approved within two years of preliminary plat approval. A twelve-month extension of the preliminary plat's approval may be granted if requested in writing prior to the end of the two-year approval period. Preliminary plan will expire: July 21, 2019 (Extension Granted) Review of construction plan does not mean that subdivision name or street names have been reviewed for approval.
