All, the purpose of this email is to document the E&SC Permit Number No. 2018-0001767 listed by the Town of Wake
Forest on the Land Disturbing Permit documentation provided in the final submittal. The NOI listed another number, SP-
18-12, which is reflected on the Certificate of Coverage. This correspondence, as well as the approval letter dated
5/10/2019 from the Town, will be added to the permitting record for this project (COC #NCC190352) in our Laserfiche
Repository in case any confusion arises.
Since the final permit has been issued, I will reject the eNO1 submittal from late yesterday (NOI No. 11247). 1 will include
the explanation in the comments.
