You need to take care of a few things. First of all, we have no record of anyone ever requesting a renewal COC for this
permit when it was renewed last summer. Please make sure someone from the company obtains that COC. To do
that, go to this website:
https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-COC-RenewaI
A renewal COC will be emailed to the submitter. The site will need to maintain that permit record. A renewal letter had
been sent out last June; a copy of that is attached, also for your records.
Then, you'll need to download the NCG050000 General Permit from our website along with all the accompanying
materials (the "print package"). You'll find those documents here:

The NCG05 only requires stormwater analytical monitoring if there is vehicle maintenance activity on site. Otherwise,
only qualitative monitoring applies. You'll have to read through the General Permit to familiarize yourself with the
requirements. The bulk of them center on the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP).
