NCGO10000 Reguirements As of April 1. 2019, all new construction activities are required to cc replete submit all electronic Notice of Intent (NO[) forrn requesting a Certificate of Coverage (COC) under the NCGO 10000 Construction Storinwater General Permit. This form MUST be submitted prior to the cornmenceirient of any land disturbing activity on the above-named project. After You Submit a complete and correct NOI Form, a COC will be emailed to you within three business days. There will be a $100 annual fee for coverage. This fee is to be sent to the DEMLIZ Storinwater Central Office staff in Raleigh. Title 15A NCAC 4B 01 18(a) and the NCGOI perinit require that the fallowing documentation be:kept oil file at the job site: 1. `Fhe approved E&SC plan as well as any approved deviation. 2. The NCGOI permit and the COC, once it is received. 3. Records of inspections made during the previous .30 days. It should also be noted that approval of an erosion control plan does not in any way indicate approval of, or authorization to begin installation of Stormwater infrastructure without City/County approved Construction Drawings.
