The application, check made payable to NCDEQ for $100, site diagram, and USGS quad sheet with the facility's location are all included within this submittal. As a summary, storm water from the West portion of the hatchery has the potential to run into the pond on site and overflow via the designated outfall point. In addition, a loading dock drain (which has a first flush process in place to divert water to the onsite wastewater system) also flows to this pond. Remaining water around the site either flows to the onsite wastewater system or runs into the adjacent field and infiltrates. The front asphalt drive that serves as an entrance to the facility drains to the tax ditch which is exempt as no industrial activity takes place. A site drawing is attached demonstrating the above statement. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 302-934-3070.
