Inspection Summary:
The last documented site visit was 2014, when the site was denied a rescission request noting conditions had not been
cleaned up as outlined/required during a 2013 rescission site inspection.
I met Matt Einsmann, PE, Republic Services Environmental Manager onsite. He and another Replubic representative statec
that the company was preparing to sell the property. I informaed that all trash/ illegal dumping, any previous spills, etc. were
to be properly abated, so that no known onsite problems were left behind for any potential buyers to acquire, or to be later
surprised by.
Mr. Einsmann said that he would recontact me for another visit, as soon as the site has been properly cleaned/prepped in
order to be placed on the sales market. Mr. Einsmann stated the site will be properly prepared such that the NPDES SW
Permit can be rescinded.
