This final permit includes no major changes from the draft permit sent to you on December 12, 2014. The monitoring strategy remains the same (semi-annual). Please note that analytical and qualitative monitoring is required in this permit. Failure to complete the monitoring as required is a violation of the permit and any permit noncompliance constitutes a violation of the Clean Water Act.
