DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY
Acting under the authority as Executive Vice President of I DY Industries, Inc., I
hereby authorize Kyle J. Dunn, Environmental, Health and Safety Director of ATI Allvac,
to act as duly authorized representative for the Monroe, Bakers Melt, Bakers SAF and
Allvac East, NC facilities of ATI Allvac, a division of TDY Industries, Inc., for purposes
stated herein. As such, this individual has signatory authorization for purposes relating
to environmental matters at the Allvac Mumoe Facility, 2020 Ashcraft Avenue, Monroe,
NC 28110, the Allvac Bakers Facility, 1700 Teledyne Road, Monroe, NC 28111, and
the East Facility, 2600 E. Roosevelt Boulevard, Monroe, NC 28112, including reports to
agencies, permit applications and similar matters.
This delegation shall remain in effect during the continued employment of Kyle
Dunn by Allvac or until it is otherwise terminated or withdrawn.
