Dear Sir/Madame:
Enclosed you will find an original and one copy of our "Stormwater Discharge Outfall
Monitoring Report" for DART Acquisitions, LLC located at 4132 Pompano Road
Charlotte, NC 28216.
In October of 2013 DART Acquisitions submitted a renewal application for its
"NPDES Stormwater Permit NCS000312" with the North Carolina Department of
Environment and Natural Resources Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land
Resources Land Quality Section. This renewal application was submitted in a timely
manner no later than 180 days prior to the permit expiration date of April 30, 2014.
At the present time DART has yet to receive its renewal permit therefore in
accordance with the General Conditions in Section B of Part III, a timely permit
renewal submittal allows for an "automatic authorization to discharge beyond the
expiration date" and with Section B of Part II which requires DART to continue its
semi-annual compliance monitoring schedule in Table 2 until such time the renewed
permit is issued, DART is submitting this analytical monitoring report.

Dear Sir/Madame:
Enclosed you will find an original and one copy of our "Stormwater Discharge Outfall
Monitoring Report" for DART Acquisitions, LLC located at 4132 Pompano Road
Charlotte, NC 28216.
In October of 2013 DART Acquisitions submitted a renewal application for its
"NPDES Stormwater Permit NCS000312" with the North Carolina Department of
Environment and Natural Resources Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land
Resources Land Quality Section. This renewal application was submitted in a timely
manner no later than 180 days prior to the permit expiration date of April 30, 2014.
At the present time DART has yet to receive its renewal permit therefore in
accordance with the General Conditions in Section B of Part III, a timely permit
renewal submittal allows for an "automatic authorization to discharge beyond the
expiration date" and with Section B of Part II which requires DART to continue its
semi-annual compliance monitoring schedule in Table 2 until such time the renewed
permit is issued, DART is submitting this analytical monitoring report.

Monitoring Report" for DART Acquisitions, LLC located at 4132 Pompano Road
Charlotte, NC 28216.
In October of 2013 DART Acquisitions submitted a renewal application for its
"NPDES Stormwater Permit NCS000312" with the North Carolina Department of
Environment and Natural Resources Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land
Resources Land Quality Section. This renewal application was submitted in a timely
manner no later than 180 days prior to the permit expiration date of April 30, 2014.
At the present time DART has yet to receive its renewal permit therefore in
accordance with the General Conditions in Section B of Part III, a timely permit
renewal submittal allows for an "automatic authorization to discharge beyond the
expiration date" and with Section B of Part 11 which requires DART to continue its
semi-annual compliance monitoring schedule in Table 2 until such time the renewed
permit is issued, DART is submitting this analytical monitoring report.

Enclosed you will find an original and one copy of our "Stormwater Discharge Outfall
Monitoring Report" for DART Acquisitions, LLC located at 4132 Pompano Road
Charlotte, NC 28216.
In October of 2013 DART Acquisitions submitted a renewal application for its "NPDES
Stormwater Permit NCS000312" with the North Carolina Department of Environment
and Natural Resources Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources Land Quality
Section. This renewal application was submitted in a timely manner no later than 180
days prior to the permit expiration date of April 30, 2014.
At the present time DART has yet to receive its renewal permit therefore in
accordance with the General Conditions in Section B of Part 111, a timely permit
renewal submittal allows for an "automatic authorization to discharge beyond the
expiration date" and with Section B of Part II which requires DART to continue its
semi-annual compliance monitoring schedule in Table 2 until such time the renewed
permit is issued, DART is submitting this analytical monitoring report.

Monitoring Report" for DART Acquisitions, LLC located at 4132 Pompano Road
Charlotte, NC 28216.
In October of 2013 DART Acquisitions submitted a renewal application for its "NPDES
Stormwater Permit NCS000312" with the North Carolina Department of Environment
and Natural Resources Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources Land Quality
Section. This renewal application was submitted in a timely manner no later than 180
days prior to the permit expiration date of April 30, 2014.
At the present time DART has yet to receive its renewal permit therefore in
accordance with the General Conditions in Section B of Part III, a timely permit
renewal submittal allows for an "automatic authorization to discharge beyond the
expiration date" and with Section B of Part 11 which requires DART to continue its
semi-annual compliance monitoring schedule in Table 2 until such time the renewed
permit is issued, DART is submitting this analytical monitoring report.

Enclosed you will find an original and one copy of our "Stormwater Discharge Outfall
Monitoring Report" for DART Acquisitions, LLC located at 4132 Pompano Road
Charlotte, NC 28216.
In October of 2013 DART Acquisitions submitted a renewal application for its "NPDES
Stormwater Permit NCS000312" with the North Carolina Department of Environment
and Natural Resources Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources Land Quality
Section. This renewal application was submitted in a timely manner no later than 180
days prior to the permit expiration date of April 30, 2014,
At the present time DART has yet to receive its renewal permit therefore in
accordance with the General Conditions in Section B of Part III, a timely permit
renewal submittal allows for an "automatic authorization to discharge beyond the
expiration date" and with Section B of Part II which requires DART to continue its
semi-annual compliance monitoring schedule in Table 2 until such time the renewed
permit is issued, DART is submitting this analytical monitoring report.
