compliance for the Colon Mine facility located in Lee County, North Carolina, governed by NPDES Permit
No. NCG020854.
Included with this submittal you will find the annual DMR report form. No constituents were detected
above their respective benchmark levels during any of the quarterly monitoring periods of 2018.
Analytical reports from each quarterly monitoring event have also been included in this submittal
package.
Based on the analytical results received from the first, second, third and fourth quarterly monitoring
periods of 2018, the Colon Mine will continue analytical monitoring on a quarterly basis at MP-01.
