Dear Ms. Grzyb,
Duke Energy respectfully submits notification of commissioning of Wastewater Outfall 007 - Ash Pond
Discharge, no later than seven days prior to diversion of flows, as required by Part I., Section B.(1.) g. of
the NPDES Wastewater Permit NC0004774.
With the diversion of ash basin flows to Outfall 007, Duke Energy requests this outfall be made active in
the eDMR system as of February 1, 2019. In conjunction,Duke Energy requests that Outfall 002 be made
inactive in the eDMR system as of March 1, 2019. Should you have any questions regarding this submittal
