From: laserfiche@ncdenr.gov <laserfiche@ncdenr.gov> Sent: Friday, November 30, 2018 4:22 PM To: nathan.mcneilly@clevelandcoounty.com Subject: Renewal COC for NPDES Stormwater Permit No. NCG120072 Dear Permittee: Please see the attached new Certificate of Coverage No. NCG120072 for renewed coverage under Stormwater General Permit NCG120000 for this facility. This permit is reissued pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1 and the Memorandum of Agreement between the state of North Carolina and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, dated October 15, 2007 (or as subsequently amended.) You must print a copy of the new NCG120000 General Permit from our Stormwater General Permits web page. In addition to the full permit, the 2018 print package on the website includes revised Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) forms and Qualitative Monitoring Report Forms. The General Permit authorizes discharges of stormwater, and it specifies your obligations with respect to discharge controls, management, monitoring, and record keeping. Please review the new permit to familiarize yourself with all changes in the reissued permit. Your facility has six (6) months from receipt of the permit to update your Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) to reflect any new permit requirements. When does electronic DIVIR (eDMR) reporting start, and does it affect this permit? If activities at this facility ever require analytical monitoring, eDMR will affect you. We are setting up our database with the outfalls that permittees submitted on-line and permit parameters. Permittees will receive notification when our eDMR system is ready for permit -holders to register and begin reporting monitoring data electronically. If you have any questions about the status, please contact Bethany Georgoulias at (919) 707-3641. Your coverage under the General Permit is transferable only through the specific action of DEMLR. This permit does not affect the legal requirements to obtain other permits which may be required by the N.C. Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), nor does it relieve the permittee from responsibility for compliance with any other applicable federal, state, or local law, rule, standard, ordinance, order, judgment, or decree. If you have any questions regarding this permit please contact The Stormwater Program at (919) 707-9220. Sincerely, The NC DEQ Stormwater Program
