Attached is the Renewal Certificate of Coverage for the Mayo Monofill site. I have had this letter prepared since last
week, but I have held it because our NCG120000 Print Package is not quite ready, so it has not yet been mailed to Tom
Copolo. The NCG120000 General Permit is available on our website; however, we noticed a need for corrections to the
monitoring dates referenced in a footnote and will be posting a corrected copy soon. Hence the delay on our sending
the paper copy out with the right attachment.
