Minor Modification needed to add the pipe draining from Lot 5 as shown below. The permittee for Lot 5
(SW8 180105) is responsible for installing and has permission to install the pipe shown below per the
Right of Entry Agreement signed by Robert Huckabee III (a representative of SW8 020517) and Randy
Blanton (a representative of SW8 180105) on February 20, 2018.

Attachment C:
It appears that a Minor Modification needed to correct the lot lines as shown below. Map Book 57 Pages
1-7 show the location of the lot lines and it appears that the SW8 050217 needs to be modified to reflect
the current configuration. The discrepancy is likely due to the 36" shared driveway access which was
recorded as "Cross Access Easement and Maintenance Agreement' on March 7, 2004. Please update the
plans to show the appropriate configuration. (This may also impact SW8 070319 which Is adjacent to the
SW8 050217 master permit subdivision and SW8 180105. A determination will be made when the plans
for the upcoming SW8 050217 Minor Modification are reviewed.)
