The COC Number for the Marion facility is: NCG210368.
Laura Alexander from your office and I worked on the Name Change for all the Marion NPDES permits in December 2015
and February 2017.
Rick Motter sent me you letter on Tuesday and I was a confused because the name should have already been changed.
So, I just filed it again electronically.
I'm Sorry but I surely thought everything had been taken care of and the name was already changed.
The name must be changed someplace at the NCDENR because I just received a new draft of the Marion Closed Loop
Recycling Permit yesterday in Northwest Hardwood Inc. name.
I would be happy to send you the work that Laura Alexander and I did in 2017, if you would like. I have copies of our
work and also the return mailing receipts showing the documents were receive at Raleigh.
Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do to resolve this issue.
