Hi Alaina,

As discussed the other day, I’ve reattached the NOI form and supporting documents to include the outfall coordinates
and updated site drainage map.

I’ve also indicated the two 50-year relief outfalls on both the NOI and site drainage map (outfall 05 and 06). The last
page of the PDF is the extracted documentation of the 50-year outfall design. I believe this should satisfy documentation
requirements for exemption for these two outfalls from visual monitoring requirements, but please let me know if you
need anything else. The plan that this documentation was extracted from is too large to email, so I will need to create a
shared drive to send you the whole set.

If you have any questions regarding this submittal or if you require any more information, please do not hesitate to

Hi Stephanie,

I’m reaching out because the stormwater general permit NOI submitted for the CLT3
facility located at 6500 Davidson Highway is incomplete. The facility is listed as having
6 stormwater outfalls, but the coordinate points for each outfall are not listed. Kevin
Winston is the person who signed the application, but I have no way of getting ahold of
him. I have attached the most recent version of the NCG08 NOI form, as can be found on
our website, so you can see how the outfalls should be listed. Please submit the outfall
locations as soon as possible so that the NOI may be processed completely. Thank you.
