We are approaching renewals for the NCG12 General Permit, and it would be helpful to have this done ahead of that. Do you have a status update on this? Thank you! They do look like they have the landfill plotted in different locations, so please take a look at these documents and verify that they were for the same landfill, and that NCG120057 has the right legal owner/operator (057 was issued to Ashe County Environmental Services, and 073 was issued to the County of Ashe). Please submit a rescission request to our office for the permit that should be rescinded. Also please let us know how latitude and longitude for this landfill should be set for NCG120057 (if that's the one that will be kept). I've given both files to Laura Alexander so she has them for reference. We cannot "switch" the markers -- the latitude and longitude of the facility with the right permit can just be corrected if necessary. Was this landfill ever located elsewhere in the past (maybe it expanded to another location?) I am away from the office today and cannot pull the file until Monday. I will follow up then. Please enter the outfalls in the correct locations for NCG120057 if this is the permit they've been using to report data under. Have they been paying for two different permits this whole time? Do not click links or open attachments unless verified. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov. Hi Bethany, Our client Ashe Co. Environmental Services (landfill) appears to have 2 permits but only 1 landfill facility. NCG120057 and NCG120073. Ashe has been reporting as NCG120057 therefore please let us know how to remove NCG120073. (Simply do not pay?, Rescission Form?, etc..) To further complicate matters & how I noticed is that on the online map NCG120073 is shown in the correct location of the facility but NCG120057 is off-site so those markers would need to be switched. We intend to add the outfalls but wanted to rectify this situation first to avoid potentially compounding any inconsistencies. Thanks, Jonathan Jonathan Pfohl Municipal Engineering Services, Co.
