Fex Straw Manufacturing is no longer in operation. Asbury Graphite of North Carolina has now bought this property. A
couple of months ago I spoke with Leon Ramer, Plant Manager of this company (Leon Ramer ncpltM.gLC asbury.com,
910-671-4141 and 570-809-5213) who told me that Mr. Payer) ( pfis associated with Fex Straw
Manufacturing. He said that he is living in Germany. I don't have a phone number or address for Mr. Payer). On March
23, 2018 1 sent an email to him requesting him to fill out and submit the attached Rescission Request Form. I have not
received a response to this email. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Do you happen to know anything about this facility? I looked on Sec of State website and it says the state revoked their
business license. We sent out a letter to them reference the permit renewal and the letter was returned.
