Notification was made to the DEQ weekend hotline at 2104, and Chris Creighton was the contact. On 05/15/18, site personnel making rounds noted a sheen at 1000. The suspected source is the boiler feed pump service water cooler system. These coolers were isolated and repairs are underway. New oil booms have been deployed to mitigate any residual oil in the piping. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks, J.
