Lynn Hays inspected this site on January 30, 2018. At the time of the inspection the facility appeared to be
closed/abandoned. She contacted William Simmons, Owner letting him know we needed a Rescission request form
submitted. The form was received April 13, 2018 and states the facility has been closed since 2009. MRO
recommends the rescinding of this permit. Thanks
