I am the Town of Swepsonville's Mayor and we have an approved local program for the State of North
Carolina Phase II Stormwater Requirements_ Unfortunately due to a lack of commercial development
we do not have the staff on hand to perform the detailed stormwater review for the 2018 building
expansion of the Honda Plant within our town. Could you please do a courtesy review on the
development on behalf of the town, to make sure the development is in compliance with the State's
Phase II Stormwater Requirements. Please let me know if you need anything else from the town and
thank you for the assistance.
