I will put this email in the file for the record. We do not need extra plans. If you want to keep a plan sheet with the changes clouded with the permit, it might be a good idea. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Rick, Regarding the referenced project, I've been asked to inquire about some additional BUA that the Owner is wishing to add (permanently). We've found out that a temporary mobile transformer will be required for completion of the equipment upgrades at the substation. They will need to provide a gravel area (50'x150') for the mobile transformer and they want to leave the gravel area at the end of completion. This additional area - —8,000 SF — will increase the BUA by roughly 1.6%, which will leave the total BUA (12.5%) well below the 24% which was permitted. My question to you is, do we need to send a modified plan showing this additional area and request a modification? Or will they be OK as -is since the site BUA will be maintained below the permitted area? Thanks in advance for your time and input. Please let me know if you have questions.
