This inspection was conducted in response to a Rescission Request submitted to rescind NCG080742 and merge the stormwater
activities under permit NCG060175. Upon inspection, we recommend that the rescission request be denied and the facilities remain
under separate stormwater permits due to different activities performed on the separate parcels.
