I have received the package and the application is second on my list for review at this time. Next week is the earliest that
I can probably get to it. I will contact you if I have any questions and after the review is complete I will send you an
email with a copy of the COC and cover letter.

Rick,

FYI, we’ve placed the Ft. Bragg Truck Inspection Point project permit package in the mail. You should have
soon. FYI, we downloaded the storm-EZ spreadsheet and the impervious area and % impervious area cells
appear to be referencing the incorrect cells, and the cells auto populate with an “error” and “0.00”. This
doesn’t appear to be an issue because the impervious area and % impervious area is also totaled immediately
below on the same sheet. I’m attaching the sheet only for your information.

After you’ve had time to review the permit application package, please let me know if you have any
questions. Thank you.

Hi Rick,

I contacted Mike Randall regarding a Ft. Bragg stormwater permit application submittal, and he said to
forward to your attention. Attached is the transmittal that will be accompanying the permit application
submittal. I believe we will overnight it to your attention. If you could please review the address to make sure
I’ve got your mailing address listed correctly. Waiting to get the check and the signed permit application back
from Ft. Bragg, so not sure when we’ll be making the permit submittal, but probably end of next week or early
the following week.
