An updated sample of outfall 002 for EPA Form 2C parameters was taken on January 13, 2015. IThose sample results are attached on EPA Form 2C. An updated EPA Form 1 was submitted as part of the application update dated October 13, 2014. Please include this supplemental information in the pending NPDES permit application package under review. IAlso included is a check for$1,032 for the permit modification fee.
