Our Division recently received your request for eDMR registration for yourself and various sta Ư for permit
NCG050470. We have processed your request and created accounts and modified accounts as noted
below. Please review this information as it contains steps on completing your account setup.
 Carl Bhedwar – We have created an account for you. You will receive separate emails from the
eDMR system with a temporary password and instructions for completing the setup of your
account. You will need to select a permanent password and also set up security questions for
your account login. Please note that temporary passwords are only valid for 72 hours and one
use.
 Darrell Pierce – You already had an eDMR account in the system and already had the requested
permissions (Facility Administrator and Submitter). No changes were made in your account so
you do not have any set up steps.
 Liam Falter – We have updated your existing account to include access to this permit. You
already had Submitter permissions for other permits, so you will not have to make any changes to
your account setup.
