Inspection Summary:
On March 12, 2026,this site was inspected by Land Quality Staff of the Winston-Salem and Mooresville Regional Offices to
evaluate compliance with the NPDES Industrial Stormwater Program, documentation, and implementation of the Stormwater
Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The facility was found to be in compliance at the time of inspection. To help maintain
compliance moving forward, the following recommendations are provided:
1.Copies of the SWPPP should be maintained on-site and be available to the Division upon request. These records or copies
shall be maintained for a period of at least five (5)years. This period may be extended at the request of the Director at any
time in accordance with 40 CFR 122.41. Records provided showed the SWPPP was last updated and reviewed in July of

whenever there is a change in design, construction, operation, site drainage, maintenance, or configuration of the physical
features which may have a significant effect on the potential for the discharge of pollutants to surface waters.
3. Qualitative monthly monitoring reports were provided for review during the inspection. Records have been reviewed by Lar
Quality Staff of the WSRO and MRO for the past 5 years and found to be complaint with requirements including monitoring
and documentation for the SWPPP.
4. Documents were observed by Land Quality Staff of the WSRO and MRO of containment spaces on site for vehicle
maintenance areas, categorized into tables labeling the total amounts of usage of new oils and hydraulic fluids actively
maintained. Recommendations were made by DEMLR to continue to maintain records and use of these areas on a monthly
basis, and certify the amounts stored annually.
