Continue the annual review of the Stormwater Prevention Pollution Plan certification,documenting whether significant spills or leaks have occurred within the operating year.The statement recorded in the SWPPP file this facility is utilizing will need to be signed and dated annually for review and compliance. 2.Training must be completed by all employees tasked to perform any industrial activity exposed to stormwater and documented yearly; records provided shown training were last conducted back on January 22, 2026. 3.Continue to review and update the SWPPP annually, records provided during the time of inspection indicated the plan was last reviewed and updated on May 09,2025. 4. Continue to submit and upload Discharge Monitoring Reports(DMRs)on a regular basis to reflect monitoring status. Physical reports were available for review by the facility for the inspector, however hard copy files should be mailed to the Raleigh Regional Office, and electronic records uploaded for compliance standards.
