On February 41", NC DEMLR Stormwater Program received an application for coverage under General Permit
NCG060000 for Amazon.com Services LLC—DGS2 on 1115 McDonald Road in Hayesville.
Upon initial review,the owner affiliation listed was Belinda McDowell. I am reachingto confirm who the owner
affiliation should be for all NPDES Stormwater permits. Previous applications and the email copied above list
Lindsey as the Owner Affiliation.

Since Belinda does have submitter privileges, I can process this application, but I need to confirm whether Lindsey
or Belinda is the Owner affiliation for Amazon.com Services LLC's NPDES Stormwater Permits for the State of
North Carolina.
