RE: Release of Surety Bond#66312639
On April 29, 2025 Macon County erosion control officer Caleb Gibson performed a final
inspection on the Cullasaja Club renovations. Mr. Gibson found the site to be in
compliance with Macon County's Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance,
grading had been completed and permanent ground cover established.
The Land Disturbing activity associated with Surety Bond#66312639 principal being
Cullasaja Club, Inc. has been completed. Therefore, I am writing this letter of release on
Surety Bond#66312639 being held by Macon County in conjunction with this project.
