Good afternoon,
The Department of Environmental Quality staff conducted a close out inspection on (Date),
for the following projects:
FRANK-2022-019/Tarborough Ridge Subdivision.
Project is in compliance and released under the SPCA.Termination of coverage under the
NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities (NCG01) must be requested by
the permittee via a Notice of Termination (NOT).The NOT is available at: NPDES Construction
Program I NC DEQ. Please note that this correspondence must be uploaded as part of
completing the NOT process.
If this project has been closed prematurely, please do not submit the eNOT and instead
contact this office and we will keep them open.
