terminated) as of 11/13/25.The COC was originally issued on 9/5/24.
If at any time the land-disturbing activities are to resume for any reason, please ensure an E&SC Plan approval is current
and go to www.deq.nc.gov/NCG01 and complete the eNOl form. Conducting subject construction activities without
approved coverage under the NCG01 Construction Stormwater Permit is against federal and state laws and could result in
fines.
If the site is in the process of being sold,you would be performing a public service if you inform the new or prospective
owners of their potential need for NPDES permit coverage.
