In accordance with Part III, E(2) of the above referenced NPDES Storm Water permit, the
original and one copy of the monthly monitoring reports for the outfalls that have been classified
as Tier 2 and are now subject to monthly sampling, are attached. The period for sampling ended
on February 29, 2016.
Enclosed is the DMR for outfalls SW018 and SW020. These outfalls are indicated as "No
Flow" for the sampling period. There were no samples collected from these outfalls due to
night time rainfall events
