The samples collected are required monthly due to Tier Two Status. The period for sampling ended June 30, 2016. Samples were collected from outfalls on June 15, 2016. Samples for the following outfalls were collected: SWO16, SW018 and SW020. The laboratory results were received on June 28, 2016 Analytes sampled above the benchmark values for analytical monitoring are as follows. Duke Energy has performed the steps required by the Tier One and Tier Two status for these outfalls. The sample is flagged with an S denoting failing recovery for MS. PCB and Oil and Grease samples were inadvertently not collected for SW018.
