Earlier this month our office received a NPDES Stormwater permit application for the Weatherspoon
Plant. The application package included a check in the amount of $3,440.00. This is not the correct application
fee for this permit. The NPDES Stormwater Permit fee is $860. We are returning your previous check and ask that
you provide our Department with an application fee in the amount of $860 to complete the permit application
package.
