Inspection Summary:
On March, 27. 2025, an inspection was conducted at the facility to assess compliance with stormwater regulations.
SWPPP Compliance:
The SWPPP was generally in good condition with most required components present However, a current copy of the
Certificate of Coverage (COC) and permit were missing. The facility has recently hired a new Environmental Health and
Safety (EHS) Manager, and it is recommended that they visit our website to run a report of their permit and update any
necessary information, including the facility contact details.
Document Accessibility:
Documents related to the SWPPP should be easily accessible during inspections. It is recommended that the facility train
staff on the location of these critical documents to avoid delays in the future.
Housekeeping and Site Conditions:
One floor drain, leading to the secondary containment pond,was partially buried under leaves. This could hinder proper
containment and drainage, potentially impacting compliance with secondary containment requirements. It is important to
clear debris and maintain regular cleaning to ensure proper functioning of the containment system.
Overall Recommendations:
